Was great place when it first opened over time management and service been going down hill, many missing items from the menu but most annoying that orders are not consistent for an well established brand every time the order is different for the same item depending on the shift and management just give none sense excuses

A nice place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. There is outdoor seating as well and the seats are plushy and comfortable. WiFi is also available at the nominal cost of 5 EGP/ hour.Had a great time here during my stay in Egypt.

An excellent place to be , staff are cooperative , however they need to learn and understand English, their club sandwich is really good, nice ambience and sanitary levels, It has both an indoor and outdoor experience, not smoky which is good compared to other places we have been

Costa has the best Cortó Mocha you can ever drink in your life, the same great taste in all the branches. Thats the reason I love Costa.About this branch, its a nice cafe, big with outdoor tables. They also open so early around 7 am so It would be perfect for a morning date.The staff is okay, personally I prefer the staff at Foad street branch, I find them more friendly.If you want to study there, you have to go so early and leave around 2 pm, as it gets so crowded and Noisy.The drawbacks:1. They dont have a private bathroom, you have to use KFC bathroom or the mall bathrooms.2. They dont have wifi, you can find Orange wifi in the mall but it doesnt work almost 99.9% of the time. So its not suitable for people who need internet for work.

The place is very nice and coffee is standard. But they sent me the Bill before I asked and not asking if I want anything else. I found that very rude and the place was not full.

I liked the place and the drinks were delicious but I didnt like some of the noise produced by beverage preparation machines.

The best coffee u can get. Will be best of the best, if they stop to try to add more to ur bill. Added flavors and items, even when u precisely know ur order and and say frankly that u need NOTHING else

High cost and lower quality compared to other brands like Starbucks. We ordered frappuccino and was very low in sugar, we asked for fix and they added extra charge for that. They staff apologized for this and removed the extra cost but Ive to mention what happened.

Good place as a products but my experience with it was not satisfying, there is no bathroom in the place and they asked me to go upstairs to pizza king to go to the bath, when i asked for the receipt it came too late.

Nice place. the best thing is no smoking or shishainside, but i just hate the noise of the coffee machine.

Costa is great but there is no bathroom and it smells bad outdoors for some reason.
