Skilled and professional coiffure. Gives you exactly the style you ask for and when not sure he can pick something that would look good on you. Staff are friendly helpful. You may want to go couple hours early since waiting line is long which’s why I wish we could do a reservation.

The place looked clean and well decorated, but the hairdresser that did my mums hair completely ruined it. We asked for a Bob and she came out with a pixie cut. We told them this was not what we asked for but still had to pay full price. Not skilled at all.

Everyone says the best is Hema Joe!!! But what a shame!!! Trusted him to do keratin/protein for my hair, not sure if the product was fake or what he put in my hair!! As soon as I went back home my hair was constantly falling out losing almost half off my hair!!! Seriously what a shame after making a name for yourself. I want a full refund.

They came and said there will be no waiting come inside.I got in, I have asked for new sheet (they should have done it by themselves), the Ty gave me a new one. Then she started to apply the wax. It shocked me the using like a device to apply the wax directly on the skin, which is hurting much (they dont have melting wax and spatula). As the wax hurt me I asked for the sweet. She did my legs and my right under arm. Then she told me another girl will be with me within minutes. The audacity, they kept me waiting for 20 minutes without any one having the courtesy to come and apologies and inform me why theres a delay (all of this while I was waiting naked).I got dressed and went to pay for my legs. And they didnt even bother to apologize.This will be my first and last time to go to Masa spa. One of the worst experience I had at a spa. They dont even deserve one star.One of the worst experiences I have had in a spa.My appointment with them was at 4 in the afternoon and I arrived ten minutes before my appointment.
