Worst customer service, i went there to get new credit card and debit card instead of the ones which are expired, after 5 days i called the customer service to check when should I receive the new cards , I was told that the branch didn’t apply for any cards for me, wasted my time

Obviously at CIB Smouha bank, the lady in charge of transfers should be laid off and replaced with a sign reading bank transfers are now online. For CIB, it would be saving up on money as well as reducing negative posts from costumers whom she is provoking with her unprofessional replies and unfriendliness.She does not help or offer help, and she does not even take the time to handle the situation in a professional, friendly, or even empathetic manner. She is professional at talking back at the costumer and further provoking him/her. Not a good front for a bank at all.CIB should either hire more professional staff to deal with costumers or at least give them basic training on costumer satisfaction.

We are waiting for Activation of our saving acount lasted for 4 months since Dec.2020 to resume updating of our personal information , although it is received to them since February 2021. It seams missleading management led to lack of coordination to achieve our welfare! !!!!

The only concern is CSRs who tries to sell products and sometimes tell misleading information just to convince the customer of that product

It is not crowded and I always made it possible for it to have money, but the drawback is that parking is very difficult because it is on a main street

I am not a customer of the bank, but I pass by it daily by virtue of work, and I notice the bank’s cleaners cleaning in front of the bank, and this is not appropriate for a large and respected bank.

The place is good, but sometimes it is very crowded. If you deposit a small amount, try doing it out of the machine in Libra. Even if you dont have an account or a card.
