Despite the vastness and size of the station, the level of service provided to the public in general is poor. There are not enough seats, and if any, they are exposed to the scorching heat of the sun. There are no illuminated panels to announce the movement of the rise, arrival and delay of the train. The bathroom was barely clean. There is no lighting at the outskirts of the station and it looks scary, especially in the evening hours. On the other hand, there is more than one automatic teller machine.

The station is not goodDifficulty in obtaining tickets, knowing that there are 6 counters, and only one operates, and sometimes the train passes and we cannot catch it due to the inaction of the employees, knowing that if a ticket is not taken, the citizen will be fined 25 pounds

The old Shebin Al-Kom station has been renovated, and it is the junction of the Tanta and Cairo trains

The quality of the bathrooms is not good and the trains usually come late
