The worst bus I have ever seen in my life. Bad treatment by their staff and no credibility. I was going to Suez and I got shocked, they let people to sit in the corridor between seats and thet charge for bags thats why too many passengers had to put their stuff in the corridor. No AC and bus had to return back to station to be replaced with another bus with AC when passengers complained. Overall messy!
