RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!Worst place Ive ever dealt with. Ive bought HDF for my whole flat in June, and paid the full amount. They delivered the HDF without the side skirts and accessories claiming that they will deliver them on the installation day. On the installation day, they informed me they would come at 10:30 am. I kept waiting for hours, and they showed up at 2. It doesnt end there. One of the installation guys had obvious flu symptoms, which might have been covid. When I called to complain about this, they told me that they will ask him to leave. I came back 2 hours later and he was still there!! so I asked him myself to leave. The other guy decided to leave with him, saying that he would bring someone else the next day to continue the installation, gave me his number and said that hed be here the next day at 10:30. Nobody showed up, nobody is answering my calls. They delivered a totally wrong color for the accessories. They didnt have a side skirt to match the HDF, and I had to pick the closest color to what they had.To conclude, I dont recommend anyone to deal with darac.
