Always clean and has a great collection. Usually not crowded and full of international items that are really hard to find anywhere else. The people are really helpful and the fruits and vegetables are always fresh.

Bought Christmas dessert from the bakery. First is they checked the wrong item with 200 LE difference. After solving the issue at the cashier and going home; We discovered that they were spoiled and tasted horrible. like it has been in the fridge for 1 month.

This place is very special because you can get your fresh meat, chicken, and fish and cook it at their kitchen with a very professional chiefs not only that they have a place that you can sit and serve you and eat your delicious meal and take your drink this is a very special in Egypt and the staff are very helpful and always happy to serve you and guess what all of that with a very cheap price comparing to eat these delicious meal at any restaurant the price of three meals of steak is the same with one meal at any restaurant also they have a good menu for sushi also you can find any type of fruits that you can imagine they have mangostine, dragonThanks fresh food for always make me happy

Good supermarket with a lot of imported items. You can think of it as a mixture of Saudi and GourmetThe best thing however is the food they present and their bakery.All food prices are reasonable and I tried the sushi, it really is the best in townAll prices in the menu have taxes and service included so for a sushi roll to taste good and to cost only 65 egp (average price of most plates) this is something you dont come by everyday.

Excellent atmosphere, wide variety of options in most categories and very well organized exceptionally clean facility. Restaurant serves variant quality food with a high quality service. A nice place to start your day or make a pleasing shopping experience.

Extremely elegant place, one of the most organized markets i visit. Very helpful staff for most of the sections especially the fruit and vegetable section. Most of the time not crowded which is good if you’re in a hurry. One downfall is that most of the items on sale are little overpriced.

My wife and I are regular customers of Fresh Food in Sheikh Zaye and Palm Hills as well as Gourmet in Sheikh Zaye. This review is to highly the outstanding customer services of Fresh Food Sheikh Zaye. In all three places we usually purchase several thousand EGP on a monthly basis.In Gourmet, on time our purchase included 2 avocados and 5 bananas. After arriving home and realizing that both items were not in our bags, I went back to Gourmet with the receipt to claim both items. The first thing Gourmet did was to doubt my claim and asked me to wait as they were going to check the video cameras to verify that my avocados and bananas were not included in my bags. After 30minutes waiting they came back and told me that I was correct. That they packed the 2 items in someone else bags. Then after getting my 2 avocados and 5 bananas, one of the employee attempted to charge more because the 5 bananas weighted a bit more than the ones I originally purchased. I thought that was a bit ought being a regular customer. Gourmet did not charge me extra, but as a regular customer, I was not please with what I went through for 2 avocados and 5 bananas.However, with Fresh Food, I purchased a cheese that when I arrived home I realized it was bad. I immediately took a picture and I sent it to Ms. Eman Fathy Sharaf Eldien, Fresh Food Customer Services Manager in Sheikh Zaye. Within 5 minutes she contacted me to apologize. Then, the only thing I asked for was for the money back as I was very disappointed. She went further and not only delivered the money, but replaced the cheese as well at no cost.These two situations clearly define how different is the customer services between Fresh Food and Gourmet.I am extremely impressed with the outstanding customer services of Ms. Eman Fathy Sharaf Eldin. Kudos not only to her, but to the Fresh Food Management for having these type of professionals employees. Please keep up the good work. Fresh food, lives up to its name, it has the freshest food and it’s almost always empty so you have the place to your self. I gave it 4 stars because it’s a bit pricey.

Restaurant area food was good, grilled whole chicken and pizza. Pasta and salad bar available. Fresh juices available. The rest of the place is a supermarket that sells high quality products, fresh cheeses and meats, prices are similar to other places. Try blue cheese mixed labnah at the cheese corner. And goat cheese balls. Amazing for weight watchers as you get to choose the portions.

I loved the concept since its opening, Zayed branch is my favorite; it is neat n clean, and ppl are very welcoming, polite, and professional. It is wrongly perceived as overpriced, actually normal products are priced normally, yet overpriced in only the very high end imported products.

A hidden gem for having lunch and dinner.

This place is tough to access without good navigation. You might find a parking spot. Only one ATM I found there ( Al Ahly Bank ). The place inside is refreshing and very colorful. One good thing about this place is that you can cook what you choose from the market itself. This place is a little pricey though so you have to be prepared.

The prices are high, but the best thing is the kitchen they do great food .u can choose any kind of raw meat and they will cook it for you for low price and with great taste.

Perfect,dont forget about its kitchen, they cook very well,but take care prices are more expensive than average 😉

Staff are friendly, you can eat there as well as shop, the have a healthy smoothie section ( doesnt taste good FYI ), prices are moderate.
