Friendly staff. However, the waiting time is ridiculous doesn’t matter if you made an appointment and you showed up on time you’re still bound to wait for +1 hours. There’s no social distancing at their reception area, I hate to say this but it’s more like a breeding ground for COVID-19. May God bless Egypt and save its people.

The place is awful, there is no social distance between patients, reception employees are not wearing face masks, dull attitude with no greetings or smile, waiting time 45 min + though I was there exactly on the time they schd. Lots of noise and workers moving heavy stuff for more than 30 minutes, I was seated on a chair in the stairs area. This is not a place for patients who suffer from pain, the place seems without any management and have no respect for any covid-19 safety precautions or patients time.

Horrible reception experience. No social distancing. Not everyone is wearing masks properly. Super crowded. Not properly ventilated

Awful experience, worst reception desk and the waiting time is ALOT even if yu take an appointment.In my case, I did several scans with them and couldnt get my results because the server is down, and I missed my doctor appointment since I was counting on them to hand me the results in the right timing.

It is an unethical place and a peak in neglect, to say the least, they are swindlers who wrote a wrong report, and when I asked, maybe this is the same as the names of Khadwa and Spoony outside, and the receptionist called me after a quarter of an hour.The problem is that the x-rays had a health problem, but the report wrote that everything was normal, and when they traveled, they added a line like this, remembering the problem. The rest of the talk is not appropriate.

Top neglect, MRI worked for less than a year, I asked them on the employees CD telling me the device erase everything needed !! He did not even apologize !!It is not assumed that every bit I do rays with this amount, and I do not expose my body to radiation every bit so that in the other they put all eye data in one place and wipe it without any apology even !!Poor customer service

The center is in a great location but a disaster from the inside. Dirty bathrooms - staff and nurses are at the height of lack of taste. I wanted to drink water from the receptionist and he told me you could drink from the faucet, and by God I wouldnt believe it.
