Very bad customer service, they put 20 EGP extra on visa machine without telling you, and if you comment they tell you to go out if you don’t like and return purchase!!!! Prices are more expensive than Drinkies!And it’s already not first time they tell me same scenario!

Worst customer service ever. The salesman was extremely rude, the rudest service I have got since I came to Egypt. Left without buying anything, this branch is banned for me.
