I found most of what I came in looking for. I have to say it’s pretty pricy and I was underwhelmed by their selection of imported cheese. The staff was helpful though, and liked that they had fresh flower bouquets.

Gourmet Egypt stores get five stars irrevocably. Quality, variety, hygiene and devoted helpful staff make for a most successful formula of excellence. Im sure it takes long training and stringent management to achieve such excellence in every store, but on the other hand, that reflects on expensive prices and creates a state of tension between staff and customers. Its subtle but its there and I have felt it in every store.I wish staff would be more relaxed, and that hidden apprehensive feeling would go away, which is why I wish management would read this post.Feels like being in the Kings court, where any miscreant would be executed on the spot for failing to perform as should be.

Wonderful, has a lot of items that I couldnt find it any where but the price is higher, I wish if they could expose some goods with different qualities to have different prices.

Undeniably impressive in size, quality and service, just like the entire chain of Gourmet stores around Cairo and located very strategically in one of the most attractive spots at Arkan Mall. The store is very large and architecturally designed to catch the eye of passers by with its bold illumination and carefully conceived display of goods. As always quality is top, but then so are prices. So, youre in for a ride that will please your tongue, palate and gut, but only if you have the guts.

Very nice spotless market with very nice products, some of which you might not find elsewhere. Very good quality.

People said their products are over priced. well, I found some of the products are reasonably priced and others are as people said. But the place is so chick and classy. Also, they pack your shopping products in brown paper bags (few / rare stores do this nowadays. I highly respect Gourmet for this as it is environment friendly and expensive).

When you are looking for difficult items to find and quality grade this is the place to go to, specially if you live in Sheikh Zayed or 6th October city. Just remember that if you do not find what you are looking for on the shelves or fridges head to the person behind the counter and the will have it done fresh for you. My kids love to go and compile their own creations of mini baguette sandwiches. Their Merguez is exceptional, and their ready to bake pizza is a life saver.Take a look around before buying because the variety is large. Just make sure your wallet/credit card is well charged to. Enjoy

The best Supermarket in town for unique products such as Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and etc.... many options however very expensive.It has Salads, cheese, meat, poultry and etc....

This shop is filled with quality and class I love it so much I used to go there to buy lemon cakes and many other snacks its really exquisite I love it so much and I advise it to people who want to buy specific things that they cannot find anywhere

Great location, has all the amenities that are not available at other suppliers, but the lighting is very faint. It makes for a great decor, but is not practical for shopping.

You can have one hour free parking with your receipt

Parking terrible, try to get points for my shopping and they were sending me to another till. It was ver inconvenient

The Gourmet in Beverly Hills Sheikh Zayed has a disgusting cashier with glasses he is rude and no customer service experience at all. Should be put to work in a non customer facing role

The biggest Gourmet Store in Cairo is now at Arkan Plaza, Sheikh Zayed.You will really enjoy the diversity of the products, friendly staff and cozy ambience.

Excellent quality, great prices for such products.and the staff are very helpful.I bought the Angus ribeye steak + austrilian striploin and both were fantastic.Their seasoned butter is as good as the rest of their products.

Everyone is very kind at Gourmet. As a foreigner, I can always find at least a couple of the staff members that can speak English.They have the best cheese in Egypt (this isnt hard to do).But you do pay a premium to shop here. But I like the place a lot.

I like it much more than Zamalek branch. It is very clean, it has variety of options, a big selections of things and friendly and polite staff.
