Very very spacious and big residential complex that has so many varied residential options. Villas, town houses and apartments. Its really spacious as a mini city inside, so better check if you know your toad inside.

Calm environment. Well kept gardens and clean streets. It seems to be a well organized compound. The security at the door are vigilant and doing their job well.

A very quiet and calm place. Its located exactly beside the Hyper one market. Also Americana plaza and Mall of Arabia are not away from it (around 10-15 minutes maximum)
