Delicious juicy burger.. very good value for price..choose the medium weight..

Well I will write a review about Sheikh Zayed branch. The location is easily to be reached, the staff there is okay, except for the girl at the cashier, she is not quiet friendly. She is somehow stiff like a military person. The place is clean, with a good open area for eating. The prices are fair also portions. But I dont know why my stomach keeps aching every time I eat there.

The best meat you could really get and for the cheapest prices, willys kitchen has oke of the best caramelised onions and cheese i ever ate. Just one thing thats bad: The mozzarella sticks are hollowe from the inside... thats a turn off comapring to the quality of the all the other things in the menu.

I order it in ramadan ,it was every good experience like always, it came in time actually befor and the test of the food was amazingI have tried cheese lava and cheese madness both are insaneWillys nachos was good but it was oillySmooked house bbq tasts wellIm excited to try the other sandwiches

Food is great and the outdoor seating area is very nice, the only downside is that it takes a while for your order to be ready, mine took 35 minutes!

The Frisks and the fries was like fried 2 times before.. but the sandwiches was awesome as always ❤️

Reasonable price.Its kinda self service so no waiters are available.Food is good.Stay away from the J poopers burger and the Chillie Hotdog sandwich.The chairs and the seating in general is less than comfortable.Overall not bad but i wont get out of my way to go again.Prices are decent though.

I really feel bad giving what was used to be my favorite place for food and hanging out such a bad rating, but I was surprised with the level of rudeness and impoliteness of the staff lately.I went there two times last month and in the two times there was that creepy girl with the creepy eye-looks being very rude in talking with me and my friends. Is laughing and whispering while looking at your clients has become a thing now or what! , not just that but she furthermore get too close to the table we are setting in and start looking side eyes and listen in!!! she even started moving chairs around us while there was literally no one in the place but us and she hit our table with a chair multiple times!! like what was that!!!!furthermore she told us that the air condition is not working but with more people got into the place it just worked! what the heck is happening!!and in the second time i went there, we were like five people and she told us only 2 can sit on the table, so we should just throw the extra people away and she literally moved the chairs away from us so we cant sit !!after all we finished eating and asked for the rest of food to be packed and she literally said: what food and when we pointed it out she went for some really long time and another girl came with some bags and told us to pack it ourselves!I cant believe how much this place is getting worse from time by time, I really think you should think again about the criteria of recruiting your staff, cause the staff resemble the place and if the staff is bad the place is bad even if you serve the best food.I cant stand this place anymore, this girl and the whole staff gives a really bad vibe in the place making the atmosphere unbearable.completely not satisfied.

Its kinda overpriced, but the burgers are not, I ordered the mega nacho chicken and I loved it !! Very tasty I recommend it. The jalapenos poppers and stuffed mushrooms are brilliant you have to try it. When it comes to the place its recommended to sit there by night because its an open area, I didnt give it 5 stars because of the prices and they take long time to prepare your order, but it was a very nice experience overall.

A consistent food experience across all branches. The food is excellent and the ingredients are really fresh, you can taste it with every bite. The service is a little slow but the demand is really high. Average waiting time is 20 to 30 minutes. The chilli cheese fries is a must try. The onion rings also fits nicely into any meal.

I visited zayed branch, the quality was very good and the waiting time was not long, its self service which might affect your experience if you are not into that.The chili cheese wedges are excellent, I tried 2 varieties of burger and both were great, the bun was little dry but it didnt affect the experience that much.

Its ok.. self service, you have to order on the cashier and bring your own food. But they dont charge you for the 12% service.The onion rings are not real onions.Burger was too cooked for my taste, wasnt juicy.Nachos, cheese dip too creamy, and the chili was different than any other Ive seen. Packed with meat. Not the best Ive been.

Service at the restaurant isnt great. That being said, food doesnt take long to prepare, and their signature meals are very delicious. Prices are very reasonable, and seating outside is quite and enjoyable.

Cold food, the air-condition is not working, The chicken meat was very hard to chwing and Obviously, it was not ripe enough or the quality of the chicks was bad. Its the second time i faces similar issues and it will be the last time to visit it.

When Im eating i ask the waiter for a fork and knife but he told me that they actually didnt serve them . At the same time, a customer came to the restaurant and asked him the same question and the strange thing was that he presented it to him while I was not, but why ?
