To stamp your AcT exam you need yo be here, all there phones is not working you need to go there at 8 am so you can take a good number to enter the office still they need to have better chairs for customers inside or try to have thier own building in october or zayed but next year they will have nee four branches in Alexandria, New Cairo and Assiut

Un organised institute. So crowded, too many people. Un professional ,too late in finishing your service, little number of employees to serve this big number of clients

Quick advice: bring a photocopy of your national ID card to spare yourself a good 20mins at the copying machine in the bookshop 2km away from the ConnecME office (yup, they aint got a copying machine at ConnecME.)Everything is slow AF. Unbelievably inefficient Staff and procedures. My brother went in to issue some simple document about SAT or something, hes still inside and 2 hours have already passed. Everyone is yelling-- parents, especially.

I have refund problem since April 2021 send them more than 16 email with no single reply from there side
