I first started using busy bees services for deep cleaning of houses ; once finished . They did an impeccable job.Then recently decided to bring them in once a week in my apartment for standard cleaning ,find it very convenient , quick , very clean and price to quality excellentWill always continue to use busy bees servicesI also advised family and friends to use their services was always a positive result.

I love the apartment after Busy Bee cleaned it very carefully. I rent a flat in Cairo and I don’t know why it’s so dirty every time... so BB is always helpful, the team is professional (even if they don’t speak English), their effort are invaluable. It’s a real rescue operation to save my nerves and harmony before being settled in a new apartment.

UPDATERegarding the below review the company has contacted me and apologized and offered to solve this issue and they sent another team to redo all the job again for free and they did a professional good job this time,Thanks Busybees for the follow up and the care you show to solve my issue, Keep up the good workold review:I used their service 2 days ago (Deep Cleaning & Disinfection) and it was very disappointing service by all means, about cleaning:1-the staff comes inside the apartment with no face masks nor gloves nor shoe covers and i had to keep persuading them to wear them and keep them on which i find unprofessional during pandemic , and heres the funny part they go outside the flat with the shoe cover and walk inside again with them leaves u wonder why they are even wearing it?!2-they didnt show each room they finished separately, they waited until they have finished whole flat and we had to go through rooms again after they finished the whole floor which i find it so ridiculous as we had to walk on a clean floor which became not clean anymore3-they damaged a very small part of the ceiling in bathroom and i show the supervisor and didnt even offer to fix it, and last 45 mins he wasnt even there to supervise their work which i find it so unprofessional*about Disinfection that was a real Joke! :1-first they mix the liquids the y will spray together without even scaling or measuring ratios2-the guy going to work wearing light suit and HIS own shoes ! not even wearing a shoe cover and i had to ask him to wear it3-finally he was using a kitchen towel to wipe out door knobs and light switches however the used ones he was putting it inside the roll of the same kitchen towels roll he is using !honestly i think they need more training.overall that was terrible experience for myself and kinda of a rip off as they charged a lot of money for such unprofessional servicemaybe they do better on other calls but for me i had a terrible experience with them and definitely will never recommend them nor use their services again

Amazing service. Amazing crew. They just cleaned my place and it looks like a new flat. I cant recommend them highly enough. Theyre just great. Worth every penny. If you need your place cleaning, get this company in. Youll be so happy 😊
