Over priced items and not helpful staff. Didnt enjoy my experience. I dont recommend going to Costa coffee Zayed branch. Average quality natural juice. Wont probably go there again. Nobody wears face masks inside.

Perfect coffee, as always. The staff is very friendly. The outside area is for smoking 🤢) the inside space is smoking-free. The place is clean and quiet for working or studying. There’s no WiFi. The bathroom is in the mall.

Such a quiet place to have a very calm sweet talk at night in the chilly Winter while preferably enjoying a hot drink.

I loved the location unlike others Costa Coffees, the place is quite nice and relaxing in the morning.They have a big outdoor shaded area offering Wifi too.The selection of the matching bright colors internally is just perfect woth the sunlight scattered all over the place.The surrounding spaces are designed neatly unlike the crowded atmosphere near by Al Hosary mosque.

Last visit on 20/08 2021Unfortunately, the air conditioning is not working in the branch, like the ovenThe mocha that I ordered is not the best thing, frankly, my city branch is much better

Al Jazeera Mall Sheikh Zayed is distinctive and diverse in cafes, restaurants and gym

Its place is nice but service is mediocre and the accommodation is not busy in the summer

Quiet, beautiful, but a solution must be found for some kids in the place
