Amazing customer service and excellent care about clients. Adam is the best tour operator I can think of. Always informed our group about pick up times, what to take on our excursions, gave lots of useful tips and interesting facts. Picked us up from the hotel to sort out trips, gave us lift when needed, booked the table at the restaurant etc. We absolutely felt fully looked after. Adam is very friendly, professional and have great personality. Highly recommended. Ill definitely be back soon :)

We contacted Adam few days before our arrival. Adam replied to all our questions regarding trips. When we arrived he collected us from our hotel and we went to his office. Purchased all trips and he give us a lift to Old Town and after the dinner back to the hotel. We had fantastic service from Adam, lots of good tips and lots of help from him.
