It was our first time in Egypt and i need to say everything was perfect. We are passionate about traveling and we stayed at many hotels but here everything was exceptional.The restaurant staff the hygiene and the animators were simply amazing.We will definitely miss this place and if we ever come back to Sharm there is no question which hotel we will stay at.

I am always honest in my reviews! Im talking about what Ive seen myself experienced!With its pros and cons, the place is very far from new and renovated. I suggest three stars instead of five!The hotel advertises itself as a five-star hotel, but the restaurant serves beer from coca-cardboard boxes! Chefs cant cook fish, everything is dry and overcooked! Really barely three stars!

Booked through Booking for next month, today they cancelled one of the room I reserved, without saying anything. They have been trying to get money from my credit card for the past two days, even though my booking is to pay at the hotel. Nevertheless I tried several times to reach them, but nobody answeres. Thats totally ridiculous and unprofessional. I was really excited for our vacation but never expected such a horrible service. I definitely recommend you all to pay attention while booking. Nice staff, very clean rooms, good enough food. Water attractions work not as publicly declared - waves 5 minutes instead of 10, slides just time after time. The main pool is working-class not till sunset (6.10 pm) but till 5 pm. Towels and towel cards are of bad quality.Still deserves to be visit - reception, cleaning and restaurant guys are really cool.

I was at this hotel between 24.05.2021-31.05.2021. The room does not look 5 star, the bathroom in a deplorable condition, with an absolutely miserable shower!Every day about the same food, served by employees without any mood! In the plate, although we were all inclusive, we were given exaggeratedly small portions and you had to ask for more ...Another thing that shocked me was that we were only served with paper cups! I drank a cocktail in a paper cup! to 5 star hotel !! paper glasses from which the drink flowed and you had to go back to the bar !!!At the parties organized every night, we watched without understanding anything, because everything was done exclusively in Russian, the rest of us, who spoke English were totally ignored!Very annoying were the 2 employees from the massage, who daily tried to convince you how good their massage is !!We chose this hotel based on the reviews this hotel has, but we were totally disappointed!

That place is just incredibly amazing, all the staff are polite, friendly, and ready to help at any time. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Many thanks to the cheerful entertainment & animation team for their efforts in making the stay enjoyable and entertaining, and for the childrens parties they have daily. Also the food was very tasty in the restaurant and there were a great variety, and especial thanks to the restaurant manager Mr. Mahmoud Bahr and the Chef Mr. Ahmed Hakim for the polite, welcoming and gentle hospitality. What I liked most that the place is somewhat small, and therefore it is family place and very suitable to children. The private beach is about 10 mins walking, its very good and organized, the waves pool was very funny, also there are a big pool ,aqua games pool and children pool which all were clean, very good and safe. First of all, I want to say great thanks for a good stay. I lived in a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. They are capable of speaking a few languages, including English, Arabic and Russian. The hotel offers the high-class service and the modern facilities for their guests. It is a new three-storeyed building. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. This can create some problems for people with disabilities. Guestroom furnished with air conditioner, hot shower and bathtub, hair dryer, huge beds, telephone, safe, TV with more than 100 channels, fridge and pay-minibar. Wi-fi is only available in the lobby. Meals at the restaurant – are delicious. There are three swimming pools, one of which with waves. The sea is far away. But there is a shuttle from the hotel. The team of entertainments – great thanks – good job! It is an ideal place for a great recreation.

The problem with cleaning is dirty in the corridors, our room was cleaned only after contacting the reception (apparently the hotel is full, there is not enough staff), towels are not washed well. At the pool from 9.30 am, music is screaming loudly: its hard to talk on the sun loungers, in a room with closed windows you can still hear a lot. Like a youth hotel, so the music has to be very loud all the time.
