The hotel is overall very good, i liked the stay and even was thinking of extending it giving that this is its 1st season.The beach is very nice with many activities and services, like swinging, water Bridge, picnic tables, beach snacks, etc..The water it self was not that great due to nearby boats,but still there was plenty of fish and i even saw a sea horse.There are only 2 pools one of them has water slides and a sea view, with amazing staff, special thanks to Ahmed Hagag one of the nicest people there.The food was very good and diversified bringing plates from all around the world with good quality, except for the salad bar was below average.Dessert 🍨 in general was very good and you can have it all day long through the cafeteria.Also special thanks to bishoy for his great personality and multitasking.The animation team and night life was very good, almost all the animation team are very nice and energetic, very nice activities/ shows, with special hours for kids.Also the location was amazing in the center of town, with minimal transportation you can go anywhereWhat i didnt like was that some time you can feel the discrimination between local and foreign guests, which could end up with disrespect for the locals from someof the staff.I also didnt like the room it was not that great with only the balcony as an entrance so no real privacy, the air conditioning without a remote, so if you feel cold in the middle of the night you have to get upto adjust it, bad Tv screen, with almost only Russian channels (i think).The reception has 2 employees and they are always overwhelmed so dont expect that they will answer the phonr right away, or even if youre in front of them 😅. But any of the other employee can serve your needs so it doesnt really matter.Sorry for the photos, I was trying to enjoy myself more than taking photos.Overall I will happily stay there again 😄

Let’s start with the positives, the beach is nice and the location of the hotel is ok.Done lets discuss the negatives:- First of all I ordered water and cups 4 hours ago and I am still waiting- The room is not nice at all, furniture is very old, AC leaks every time, tv is blurry, beds are small, bathroom is disgusting and most of it is broken including the bathroom chair (yes when you sit on it it moves right and left)- Cleaning is extremely bad, they do not change the bed sheets and the towels. If you have empty used cups or trash they do not take them away.- Buffet is extremely disgusting for all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Maybe I am picky with food but I know a good meal when I see it, OR TASTE IT.- Facilities are very old and I feel like i’m in the year 2000.- This is an all inclusive hotel and there is no way around it so if you want to pay for your room and then pay for everything else they would not allow you because it has to be all inclusive.I really do not recommend this hotel and I encourage the management to think twice of how they are handling this facility
