Horrible, not clean, full of insects and impolite employees.we arrived 14 of November me and my friend to Coral hills.The hotel was empty but the have us a very bad rooms and so so far from each other and they didnt want to change them and one of the employees insulted us so we refunded the money and changed the hotel

Nice and clean resort. Off season is quiet and cheap however as other reviews stated, the food buffet is not great. For me it was nearly the same price with or without food so i booked with it, its good enough to cure my starvation at 7am with eggs, sausage and salad. My room was cleaned but shower curtain needs to be bleached or changed, shower head working but broken. I requested for a room with wifi but was informed that wifi is only in the reception area, however the room i got thankfully could get signal from a second network, which makes my stay so much more comfortable.

Very bad beach with disorganized seats and the priority for renting guests , the rooms are ok but TVs are very old , refregirators are old, bad experience that I hope will not be repeated

The resort is absolutely fantastic, they have everything they claim to have. However all-inclusive is slightly underwhelming as many things are not included (such as the pool table and most drinks). You need to ask about cleaning anything not to you likings and they do take pride in helping. Satisfaction is close to heart with the management here. The management is truly great. The waiters are VERY helpful and the receptionists are also helpful. So the only reason I have not given 5 stars is as they do not usually include everything on site on all inclusive. And you must remind them of the type of room you ordered for as they gave us a sofa bed which bent inwards instead of 2 stable single beds. However apart from this the hotel is exquisite. Also another important point is that the bus service does not run numerous times a day. Once a day separate buses go to destinations such as the city centre and beaches. They stay there for 3-4 hours and then collect you and go back to hotel. You must be back by the time they say you should. Thus, I have given 4/5 stars.

It was the beginning of the season. We ware the 1st guest . Mosquito is too much and no action for that. T V cable cracked. A C need maintenance but they do it on the second day. The food has no taste and in bad presentation. The good things are the price and the friendly staff .

Nice hotel. Good food (but repetitive) and they can pay more attention to cleaning. In general, is ok. It is a quiet hotel, staff friendly (some of them). Is not the best but not the worst. Missing the evening entertaiment. Both pools are with cold water.

I dont recommend you this hotel. Its not 4**** for sure. Very dirty curtains in a room, like it was touched by million hands and never washed. Typical hotel room, not cozy at all, far away from the sea. I paid by my bonus Agoda cash from Agoda. The manager Osama was very suspicious about that. I asked for the room with a big bed and he gave me a room with 2 separate beds. I asked him for Wi-Fi password. He started to search it somewhere in his books but didnt find finally. My booking was with a breakfast included, so he asked me to find in my confirmation of a booking, where it was, he was again suspicious about that, finally, i was in a rush and i didnt get my prepaid breakfast.Отвратительный сервис. Начал смотреть его в каких-то огромных тетрадях, ждала очень долго, пароль он так и не нашел. У меня был оплачен завтрак, и утром я спешила. Он снова попросил меня найти подтверждение того, что у меня оплачен завтрак! Какой бред! В итоге, я рисковала опоздать и ушла без оплаченного завтрака. Отель далеко от моря, внутри не особо уютно. Поищите что-то получше.

Any way its not 4 star hotel, I paid 20 dollars per night for single room including breakfast so its okay for me service for the price. No wifi at the lobby. Staff is good and they trying to help, but they need cources to improve their skills, 2 swimming pools inside and its clean, middle food also, location is far away from city center, but they offer free bus to the beach.

Attitude from staff was just aweful.1. At reception when cheking-in staff tried to take extra 15$2. Everything in hotel is old and used3. Staff is so slow and not willing to help you4. Staff asks for tips (before they do their job)5. In Lobby bar its allowed to smoke6. We stayed for 7 nights and food was always the same. Every day the same!

This hotel is of really low quality. The rooms are not cleaned and have a bad smell of cigarettes. The food tastes really bad and I ended up eating rice and pasta, because all the meat and veggies were looking completely repulsive. There is an “animation” which basically consisted of loud music playing in the middle of the hotel such that it could be heard from inside our room. I attach a photo of a dirty plates that were left by someone in the corridor next to our room and not cleaned for some time.

Comfortable and very nice hotel, its so quiet, clean and neat included swimming pool and restaurant.The ground floor room provides with terrace facing to grassy park, so pretty!!Breakfast was good, served with some kind of selection foods. Hotel also provides with free of charges vehicles for visitors to go to beach.Staffs were simpatic and friendly

I’ve really enjoyed my 10 day stay at Coral Hills, a lovely small and charming place that has suited me perfectly. It’s not trying to flashy or pretentious which I like and you can see it suiting families and all types of travellers or holiday makers. The food is flavoursome and varied, the grounds are pleasant and the two pools allow you to escape even within the hotel. It’s a short walk from Sharm old town and the beaches with free return rides for snorkelling each day or intro dives at El Fanar. Gold beach is where I would recommend for best snorkelling jetties and the ‘mountain cafe’ a great place to chill in the evening a very short taxi ride away. The gym can be utilised to keep up your routine if you use equipment wisely and the spa is small but convenient. The staff are superb, all of them, and will look after you and help where needed including local hints or arranging tours which there are many and another reason for returning to Sharm soon! Dirty place, mosquitos in every where, we asked for a blanket and they diliverd it after 12 hours, the water was yellow, when we left they gave everyone a meal for the trip but not for our group shame on them.I will never ever visit that place again.

We had a vacation in this hotel with my girlfriend. Hotel has good prices and normal food. Also hotel has some problems (no bath slippers, not good a power of water in shower) but it is okay. I can recomend this choise for economic travels.

This hotel Has more going on than Faulty towers. Air con rubbish, Food very poor , The floor looks like it has never seen a mop, The al- inclusive . Well be prepared to go hungry and thirsty . On the plus side the staff are very friendly ( STAFF DONT HAVE UNIFORMS ) If it had not been for the animation Staff ( Ibrahim ) I would of checked out the day i arrived.

I stayed at this hotel in January 2022. The hotel is beautiful, small, has 2 pools (ice water). Naturally, they squeezed out $ 15 for a comfortable room, bargaining did not help. The room is relatively clean, the food is simple but tasty. If you give a little - a dollar here, a dollar there, then the staff will carry you in their arms. In general, I recommend the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, well-groomed territory, 2 pools.The staff is polite.But housekeeping is not very good.The floor is not washed at all.On foot you can get to the beaches, 20-30 minutes, from the hotel there is a delivery by minibus.Lots of shopping markets nearby.
