Never ever book anything with them. All liars and cheaters.It was the worst service I have ever had. We had some bad experiences with other tours and find them by looking at their reviews. We talked to them and they said they have better quality and convinced us. We paid 2x more than what the other companies offered to just have BETTER service but we got the worst service. Here is the story;We booked Ras Mohammad tour with them at first. They called us the day before the tour and said that it got cancelled and we’d be on the Tiran island tour which was fine by us.They said we’ll take the boat from Sharks bay which is only 15 mins to the Tiran island so we could spend more time in the sea because the boat dont spend 3 hours to reach out the island from the other pier. We were happy when we heard that. BUT;On the day of the tour the driver didn’t show up on the time and arrived 45 mins late. The driver was driving to other pier which is 1.5 hours away from the Tiran Island. I asked why are we going that direction and he said the boat on Sharks bay already left the pier without us because it is late!! They didnt pick up us on the time AND they left their us behind!! They even didnt tell that until we asked for it because they thought we, as foreigner, wouldn’t realize if it is Sharks bay or not. CHEATERS!!And even worse: THE BOAT THEY TOOK US WAS NOT EVEN THEIRS. IT BELONGED TO SOME OTHER COMPANY which we never hear of and were not sure about their reviews at all.I called the guy who sold us the ticket and he said the boat we’ll take is also good, not many people etc. COME ON! It is not what we paid for. We booked with Blue Lagoon but they took us to some other company!! It was our last day in Sharm and we had to take the boat because it was too late to book another tour, if it was not our last day i would definetly not go with that boat.They promised us 3 stops but we ended up with 2 because we didnt leave from Sharks bay because the pier we took the boat is 3 hours away from the Tiran island.They are cheaters and liars and leave their customers behind. The manager of this company probably reply that they didn’t charge for the underwater photos to apologize but it is also lie. That is given by the boat owner because he felt bad about us.

Very rude manager. Awful equipment. They are fooling newcomers and unexperienced divers. Waste of time and money. Better try Shark bay!
