Very sweet doctor and clean looking practice but my wisdom tooth extraction was very rough and took over two weeks to heal.My friend went in for a whitening proceedure and was equally traumatised with lips still swollen (which we were told was HIS fault).No remedial medication recommended.I have cancelled any further appointments.Caveat Emptor

Dr Tymaa Abdullah and her secretary Mahmoud are extremely unprofessional! Dr Tymaa left me high and dry after diagnosing me with an EMERGENCY need. She left Egypt the next day for a conference with no recommendation for future care. Furthermore, she threw away my Xrays so that I could not use them for any future doctor. They are extremely disorganized and do not care about the welfare of their patients, Im sorry to say. Mahmoud her secretary said he did not of her whereabout and could in no way contact her. HIGH AND DRY! No respect for quality or safety of care of the patient. =(

I visited iDental Clinic during my vacations in Sharm as I developed a highly inflammated tooth, which unfortunately even affected another tooth nearby - requiring complex treatment.Dr. Tymaa was very professional and kind, she responded immediately by taking me in. She was treating me for several consecutive days: she was explaining me everything that happened, and the treatment she was giving me.Her english is great, and her staff very kind and helpful. I cannot thank them enough for all the help and care they gave me..! The visits to I Dental clinic felt more friendly, and family like, than I ever experienced - making me feel like meeting old friends, not a dentist clinic! :-)I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Tymaa Abdullah to everyone, especially to other foreign visitors who might need any kind of dental services!

I was able to be seen on the day I called for an emergency appointment (Dr. Tymaa actually worked in her lunch break for me!). This was my first time here, I was recommended by a friend. The staff here are awesome, everyone is very friendly. The Surgery is clean and modern, really nice. Dr.Tymaa is an absolute gem! Super friendly and professional, she explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. She did an amazing job and I actually enjoyed my visit to the dentist - SO weird!! I would recommend Dr. Tymaa to anyone, especially anyone not overly comfortable going to the dentist! Thanks :) ❤️❤️❤️😊

I experienced sudden tooth pain while on vacation here in Sharm that was just unbearable. It was pretty late in the evening and all dental clinics were closed and no one could see until the next day but I just couldn’t wait that long. I found this clinic on Google and called and spoke with Dr Tymaa. She explained to me that she was doing surgeries all day so couldn’t see till tomorrow but once she realized it couldn’t wait she kindly offered to return to the clinic to see me after hours. The clinic was really clean and I could tell equipment was top notch. Upon arrival she asked some questions then looked at my teeth and did an X-ray. She explained to me what was causing the pain and the course of action she will be taking to treat it. She explained everything so well and simply to me in such a way that I was able to understand. She proceeded with the work meanwhile explaining what she was doing every step of the way. Once she was done she gave me detailed aftercare instructions and patiently answered all my questions. I expected a large bill given the circumstances but was pleasantly surprised to see such a low bill. I was beyond impressed with the entire experience and highly recommend this clinic and amazing doctor.

Dr Tymaa is amazing. She made time to see me on an emergency basis during her dinner hours and performed endodontic treatment (root canal) to remedy the pain. She speaks English and was very professional and thorough. The very big surprise at the end, it cost several times less than it would in North America. Now I see why she has all 5 star ratings. If you are anywhere in South Sinai peninsula and need a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Tymaa Abdullah

This was the best dental place I have ever been to, and I have been to dentists in America! I live in America and came to Egypt for a visit and decided to try them based on their reviews and they were amazing! Their standards of care was just as good and better than places in America, with much much much better prices!Dr. Tymaa and her assistant were so amazing and did a wonderful job! They were able to do work on me that other dentists said would be hard and didnt do, and for a very reasonable and great price!The place is very clean and nice and I noticed really good and clean equipment which made me more relaxed when I first walked in.The staff is extremely friendly and everyone is always smiling and polite and want to make you happy. I loved how everyone was smiling and It made me happy to be there.Seriously the best service I have ever received!! I loved the place and the people and I will definitely be back!
