Stayed here for a week.Nice ambience, staff is well behaved, they also have many cuisines in several restraunts to choose from. Tennis ground and golf ground were a great attraction outdoors along with a huge gym indoors.I even got a swimming pool view from the room where I stayed which was a cherry on the cake.Dont forget to have double chocolate brownie from the Italian restraunt , its amazingly delicious.

Disappointing, not professional staff. Telling wrong information, i called them to book in Lialy Mirage tent for sehour, they told me that its allowed for outside guests, the next day i called again to confirm everything as we will go that night, unfortunately, the person answered me has told me a completely different information as she said its not allowed for outside guests. then Marwa contacted me & confirmed that its allowed for outside Guests. I asked her to send me an official email. I sent an email conplaining, then Sarah contacted me & she confirmed what i want via email & whats app. When i reached the hotel, i asked for the tent, they directed us to another tent & a boy and a girl are welcoming the guests , they stopped us telling that our tent will begin after two days!!!!We got confused, they asked us to join this tent instead, but i refused & tried to call Sarah, but she didn’t reply & went to the front desk and I was really upset and disappointed, Mr Wessam came and told me that the tent is already working, and he took us to that tent, in my opinion its not that nice one, any way i asked him to see my booking, he asked a boy to get that book & i saw my name & phone number and it was written that my booking was cancelled !!!!! I asked him, who cancelled it !? He told me may be one of your sides has cancelled it !!!! Only me who was contacting & i didnt cancel .... its a very bad experience!!!!! They let us to join. Even when i gave hime my visa card to pay, the machine doesnt have that roll of paper & we had to wait till he get a new one!!!!! Not professionals!!!

Great hotel and restaurants

I was here on business and attended in one of the event halls in the hotel. It was a great experience similar to all marriot hotels in cairo. The restaurant is affordable and great food. Definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a luxury experience in cairo.

I LOVED THE PLACE ! it has a huge green areas with a very good customer service and a good place for weddings and parties .
