Surprisingly, one of the best breakfasts I have ever tried in Cairo!Quantity, quality and variety of items in this breakfast were more than perfect.Although they are mainly serving coffees, the breakfast was competing those of the luxurious restaurants with its taste.Portions were more than enough and the price is so reasonable and even below the average of the prices of such a meal.Highly recommended. 👌🏼

Waste of time and money!The decoration and location is good, however, many shortfalls which make me decide not to come back again or recommend the place for any one:1. Untrained staff2. Remarkable short of staff3. Furniture and equipment in very poor shape or in need for immediate repair such as tables not stable and broken chairs and scratched chinaware4. The staff is offering the service with no loveBeing member of the hospitality field I strongly do not recommend this placeTks

Nice looking place and good service, but the food was pretty bad. I was in a rush and had to leave so I did not leave a comment with the staff. Ordered two breakfast croissants and both items were tasteless and overpriced. The potatoes on both plates were still cold and frozen in the middle, the mushroom was weirdly soggy and lukewarm, and the “spinach mushroom” croissant had no spinach or mushroom.I’ve tried other sandwiches and they were okay at most. I was curious about the place and decided to give it a second chance with the breakfast but it really isn’t worth it unless you’re there for coffee.

BAD ATTITUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.They apologized after my review at first .. as the head office social media team contacted them for my low review .. then I erased it .. however they insisted on the bad experienceIt all started when we brought food from elsewhere and ate it on their tables, we dont know their rules, although we ordered food, desserts and beverages for more than 600EGP, they did provide one of the worst experiences I had ever had .. even not removing the dishes for almost over an hour as in the pic.👎🏼

Good for the place. I liked the surrounding open areas that give the coffee extra taste.

Good but service needs improvement.I asked for the cookies that comes with hot chocolate and espresso.The waiter said hell get it and it never came although it was available.

Exceptionally nice place. We had a great breakfast there on Saturday early morning and the place was ready and food was so fresh and came promptly.Staff was so professional and friendly, overall ambiance was excellent.

Nice place at Open Air Mall. They have nice outdoor area with a wide place in front of it to let your kids play with a bike, scooter or anything in front of you.

Coffee is good and fresh deserts, quite place to set and work or gather your team work for business discussion.only need to enhance the outdoor area

Bad coffee..Ordered it Cold, they made it HotOrdered it skimmed milk because I have a problem with the full cream, they made it with full cream. Last time to order and wont recommend anyone to go there

Maybe we went on a bad day, but these are the points of feedback I can give for our visit today:1) My dish was dirty, there was old dry ketchup on it from a previous customer. This is unacceptable at all times, but especially in a pandemic this is worrisome.The sauces tray was also very dirty.2) Slow service, we had to chase them for everything since you pay first. We didn’t get sauces, napkins, ...3) The chicken pesto sandwich was dry and the fries were old, cold and brown/black.

Caramel frappe had no coffeethe hot mocha wasnt hot ..One person taking orders , preparing them and serving them as well .. so the order wass ure late

The Real Thing, that’s what they call it at least, a great way to spend 85le, omelette, pancakes and a croissant - what a bargain. The price also includes a coffee, which comes out hotter than the sun, making you wonder if they spent the 30 minutes you waited for it, just heating the milk.

One of the best cafes u can sit in the area. Food and drinks are very good. Prices are moderate. Indoor design is very good and outdoor area has a good view. The stuff are very friendly and professional. I would recommend it to anyone whether to eat, drink or even study in it.

Staff is very friendly. There is Mohsen who always welcomes us and makes sure all is well. Coffee is great, food is very good as well. Love their wedges and sandwiches.

Very nice place with good coffee options. It still not busy most of the day because of its location at the back of the new mall. Theres an excellent walking stop there but still not well known as most people access the mall from the front side. Guess its only a matter of time.
