Awful experience, delivery took 160 minutes to arrive, cold food, not tasty, not worth the price at all, the worst fried chicken ever, cool slow awful and not tasty at all. Stay away and go to other fried chicken chains. The only thing that was fine is the Cocacola bottle. :((((

One of the worst experiences in my life. Currently, Im waiting for the food, which is sworn by my brothers to be lehendary, but the eating area is awful, terrible, disgusting, horrible, and I cant find worse adjectives. Not enough tables, staff are really loud and acting in an uncivilized way calling each other like elephants, I dont know why but the TV is on even though no one is listening. This is worse than 90% of the restaurants I have been to in my life, and Im a world traveller. The only thing that would compensate all of this would be the food, because the service is surely isnt worth the price. My personal recommendation, stay away from here, just order it delivered to you or take away. In the end, I must still remember that the food is (allegedly) legendary.

I ordered a Kansas chicken sandwich and arizo..they both tasted okay.Pros: 👍■The sandwich size is reasonable with the price.■The delivery arrived so fast which is a bonus to the restaurant but usually it arrives at each average time.Cons: 👎■The flavor wasnt that strong and the sandwichis very classic.■limited seatings in the restaurant.I recommend it to those who wanna eat an average quality clean fried chicken sandwich without paying too much.P.S. must be eaten while its still hot to enjoy the taste

Curly fries were great!Chicken burgers were okay.The seating area is small and the atmosphere isnt the best.

Very very slow service, nearly 1 hour to take your order at a fast food place ....

I tried it today for the first time, ordered spicy big bis sandwich big combo, the tow so cold chicken breasts are soooo thin, the spicy is extremely spicy, painfully spicy, would be good for people who like it that way, but I did not, fries is normal, colslow is fine, nothing special about it, it delivers really fast not as I expected, maybe I will try normal not spicy next time but till then, my review stays like that

BAD SERVICE. FAILURE TO DELIVER >>>>> The worst place and service EVER!!!! Waited for 2 and a half hours and my order has not arrived and they kept on saying arriving within minutes and when I called them to cancel and submitted a complaint. The call center supervisor said that the manager will call me and that the desk at the branch was bad and they gave them false information that my order was out. Then the branch owner called and said she they were sorry but it happens because they have a bad call center and mistakes happen. That is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!! So they are bad and they know it and I dont think they would have been keen to call except that my order was was 400+ L.E because I had a large group of friends over and the restaurant did not want to lose money. Will NEVER call them again

This restaurant used to be really good. However this year, it has taken 1 wrong turn after the other. Where did it go wrong I do not know.However I do know this, you should NOT eat here. 2 times in a row the chicken came dangerously under-cooked, not to mention the terrible joke of a customer service department.Do not eat here

Although the food is cheap and the portions are good and it can be quite delicious, you get exactly what you pay for since it does not sit very well in the stomach.My biggest problem is with the seating area as it is way too small and on weekdays or holidays when it gets crowded it can be a little difficult to sit there comfortably since there are way too many people sitting way too close to each other.The service is as good as it can get in a fried chicken joint

I usually eat at rehab branch, today the food wasnt good. The chicken was too rough to chew.. the service is just getting worse everytime I go there. Children are taking your order, they have no basic waiters qualities. One boy even threw the wipes at my tray while eating without even bothering to look where hes leaving it. If you want good fried chicken dont bother going to rehab branch

I do not know where to begin. We went to the Rehab branch. First thing we noticed was the very small seating area. We decided to take the food to go. When we came to order our food they told us their system is down but they managed to take our order after all. We had to wait for our food for almost 30 minutes. During these 30 minutes I saw a lot of scenes I really didnt want to. One of the people working in the kitchen came out to try to fix the system. His uniform was extremely dirty (but so was all of the staffs) and he was excessively sweating. Throughout all of this, the staff was being so loud and were joking together. The food was decent, but seeing the lack of hygiene made me extremely worried to eat it in the first place.

I didnt eat here today but Ive eaten here ONLY twice before and the food is not consistent & lacks flavor. First time I ate there it was passable but the second time the chicken was over cooked & the fries were cold. I asked for hot fries & the boy that was working there at the time gave me MAJOR ATTITUDE. IM PAYING SO I SHOULD GET WHAT I WANT!!! I havent gone back there since that day. If you choose to eat there hopefully you wont receive over cooked chicken or chicken thats been sitting too long or cold fries. OR EMPLOYEES WITH MAJOR ATTITUDE PROBLEMS!!! GOOD LUCK!

Food was really hood at Rehab branch and the staff were friendly.pro: Good Food and Service.Con: The Dine inn area is little small.

Food quality is not the best its just acceptable, fries tasted a bit weird but once you get used to it ull be fine.. Quantity is enormous.As for the dinning area there is only one table indoor and the rest is at the platform outside. Service was great but they definitely has to work more on the food quality.

Delivery wise, long time to Tagamoh, 70 min, good chicken​, but not tasty, both spicy and normal of the same tasty. Cole slow smells like fish!. Fries very cold, dry and nearly brown!. I phoned the call center, they apologized and confirmed that the coustmer service will call back, 24 hrs are gone and no call back. No value for money specially after adding taxes and vat. I miss Texas chicken.

That thing takes the cake for the best fried chicken in Egypt. Even though its more expensive than competition in its same bracket, its still cheaper (and tastier) than KFC. Those guys are only getting better.
