Nice and well organized.Salad bar is nice, seafood section is moderate but way better than other hyper markets.Fresh veggies quality is moderate.Ready made food section is not the best.Great bakery section.Very good section for home appliances, also for mobile-phones and laptops.. Recommended.Clothes section is nice but don’t expect brand names.They make good offers regularly in food section.Generally: Prices are better than other hyper markets in the 1st settlement area.One hour free parking, if you buy goods for more than 100 pounds, if you exceed one hour you will pay 10 pounds regardless of how many extra hours.you will always find a spot don’t worry..

The market is good and the shopping area is great. Around the market, u can get many restaurants of different levels and Different tastes. A lot of ATM machines and some bank branches are there. Also, some underground parking is there while u can still park outside the place. Some nice and clear view is there. The market itself might need some arrangement of the shelves but still very good choice especially while there are no other markets around.

The variety of items is big, location and parking are good either. On the other hand, staff are dealing on average and on several occasions when I asked them about a particular item, they dont exert any efforts and simply reply: it doesnt exist. Eventually, I find it after searching thoroughly by myself. Furthermore, the cashier almost always is doing a mistake or the helper is not stuffing all your purchased items into your bags. So, you have to be very cautious while checking out.

Good for big shopping. Many items available, but sometimes theres a lack of consistency of available products, like certain items they dont purchase enough of. I dont but chicken there anymore... It usually smells bad. Ive returned bulk butter for being rancid. Regarding returns, they say they have a 14 day return policy on non food items, however, they refuse to return cash and give a voucher in lieu of cash. For this reason, I have stopped buying from the electronics section. Lastly, they need to work on customer service when it comes to the clerks handling returns and such and some of the employees on the floor who seem to enjoy talking to colleagues more than offering a customer friendly environment. Other than that, I shop Lulu at least once a week and enjoy the fresh juices 🤗

Amazing hypermarket. Youll find anything and everything youre looking for. Drinks (fresh and canned), food (raw and processed), nuts, clothes, electronics. They sometimes offer tasting samples and they have lots of great discounts on a variety of stuff. The staff is very friendly and helpful.You should go there and try it for yourself...

Nice place, not busy as other hyper markets away from rush hour as well, however electronics part needs a lot of enhancements, for the clothes its nice and most of the time have offers and nice things, the grocery is v good, and the kids toys are amazing little bit expensive but with respect to Tagamo3

I definitely love that supermarket, they have everything and when I say everything it really means it, the offers are good all the time, they have womens section where you can buy from sleepers to purses, prices are affordable for every pocket and the restaurant section was my favorite one, I could get many things to have lunch, food was fresh and delicious.

Good Market for Indians...In this Market specially indian/Pakistani/bangladeshi near by countries can get good Indian products like masala, maggi, pickels, dal, poha, besan etc.They also provide vegetables in low price as compared to outside.Garments and clothes are costly...Some materials like Maggi (Indian flewer), rva, Indian basmati rice etc not there.But overall good market for shopping.

I think its a very good experience. The prices are the best among the other supermarkets. The cashiers are enough, I hope you keep up the good work.

I like Lulu because its easy for me to get to and it can be a one-spot shop. However, my only complaint is the customer service. Quite often I experience unsatisfactory customer service from Lulu employees. Some of them are rude and have an obvious air about them that makes you feel like you, the customer, are bothering them. Sometimes they stand in groups in the middle of aisles having conversations and you are trying to get around them, and even though they see you they do not move. There have been times Ive stood at the customer service counter trying to check a bag and Im just standing there, waiting for assistance, and the people behind the counter are looking over me, even though Im right in front of them. I have to raise my voice to get their attention. Lulu needs to retrain their employees.

This was our second visit to the store and I doubt there will be a third. We found the service poor and ill mannered and the supervision disinterested, indifferent and unprepared to deal with issues. We left the goods we were planning to buy in our trolley and went home. Its great indian hayper market same like Carrefour in Egypt it in the first settlement, although it has some indian products but still doesnt have as much as expected, and they need some improvement in order of their system and workers.

Nice family shopping place. There are other better places with better prices. But it still it offers a big varaity of stuff with no long lines at the cashier or the headache of the crowds.

One of the classy hypers in cairo, good offers, shopping for children clothing there will pay off, good for doing the monthly shopping for families, preferable to park in the underground parking not outside hyper in order not to get stuck in the crowd while leaving.

Its a lovely place, it contains everything that you need, food, tools, clothes, stationary, electronics, ketchen supplies, cosmetics, bags, shoes, bakery, accessories, and every day they have special offers.

Its good but still many things cant be found there, like some Indian and African food (cassava, cassava flour glutinous rice flour red palm oil ..). The good thing is that I found Wasabi powder, they sale a pack one kg of Wasabi 180 egyptian pound, good for big restaurants, it expires next year, I cant see myself eating a kg of Wasabi in one year, they should sale small portions.

Great facility - a little far out and tricky to get into the parking but the bakery here is to die for ;) there are also good value buys for sporting goods, homeware, clothing and shoes, etc

I love shopping here.Very nice clean organized place, team is very co-operative… it is run by Indean management.If you lived in UAE or Saudi Arabia, sure you know Lulu, Lulu Cairo is very similar to Lulu Dammam in all aspects.You can get all types of food (local and imported), there is good section for TVs, mobile phones... etc.Bakery is excellent here.I dont recommend to buy clothes from here, not the latest fashion.Parking is available, first hour is free if your bill is over 100 EGP.

If youd been to the GCC, youll definitely know what the lulu means!In Egypt, its a hyper market with many honest offers, pricing solutions and a proper diversity of goods that ensures youll most probably find all the groceries you need.The entrance is tricky, though. Not extremely accessibility friendly. It can get very crowded, and youll definitely need to dedicate a full day to shopping there.PS: they also have some really nice Indian food pre-packaged microwave meals. No paneer, though. None.

Electronice prices are not belivable. I bought a printer and i found iut that it is higher 15% over the market price. In addition, it has no cable to link to the pc!!!! The seller said it is an option!!!!! Weird....

Spacious, less busy, and check out is so easy, unlike Carrefour. Pay a small tip to the packing boys and they will deliver your grocery to your car.

Best place to be for shopping, youll return satisfied, but about get meat cut by the butcher please give your specific choice theyll obey it very nicely.

Large hypermarket but somewhat crowded and chaotic. Prices are higher than other supermarkets unless there is a promotion or sale. I dont go much unless Im in a hurry, as its closer to my house vs. other options.

Lulu hypermarket is similar to carrefour, some products are of higher quality, the staff seem to be to exhausted and not as professional and cheerful as carefour staff. There are some nice restaurants in the Plaza
