Slow and un organised service, long waiting and confusion in the given waiting number, the staff lack the experience and does not respect the clients who pay his salary from his bank charges and his accountyou need to train your staffs
Did a money transfer via western union and they really sucks, unaware of the procedures, unprofessional customer service and ripped me off in fees claiming western union global is different than western union egypt. Just trash.

Exhausted employees and a failed branch - I do not recommend dealing with them, especially the branch manager, Ayman Heikal, who lacks professionalism. He was surprised by his being a branch manager, how he was appointed - a bank that is not professional and a non-professional employee - a complaint is being made in the central bank, the branch and the main branch.
