A well known company in Egypt owning many companies in different business fields. They are famous for being the distributor of the renounced car brand, Hyundai. They own a large part of the market share as they have a very good car service centres with available spare parts. And this car service centre is one of the very good ones in all the other branches. Well organised and professional.

Its really good that u can see ur car during the maintenance, and the showroom is huge, however, didnt have a variety of Hyundai cars

Organised and clean but time is not controlled

This place doesnt even deserve Zero!!! The showroom was like a ghost town, no show cars to see, no brochure to look at, no staff to talk to!!!!It was waste of time to drive all the way to there to see nothing!!!

Good welcome but the recommendations of additional repairs didnt sound convincing and on the contrary, made me worry of being abused or double-crossed and would probably fix outside.Good, organised and clean place but Im my opinion, lie value for money. Pricing must be revised.

The overall experience is not bad. It took about 4 hours to finish the regular maintenance of my car (60000 KM regular maintenance) . The waiting hall is nice but the WiFi is not working. The entrance from Ismailia road is blocked due to road maintenance issues, and there is no signs to guide you through. Customer service is not bad. The engenners at reception are professional from my point of view. I think the maintenance service is quite overpriced.

Overpriced. They are sharkesters there. Keep asking you to do un-necessary repairs, change tyres and spare parts at inflated prices, with large commissions /costs

I have been here for almost 5 hours and not a single thing has happened to the car. A guy has taken it for two rounds around the warehouse and that is it. Nobody has opened the hod to check what might be wrong. This is completely unprofessional and speaks volumes for the kind of people ghabbour hires. Completely dispicable!

It was a great within the service itself. But the problem was, due to the changes on the main road there were no entrance to the Service Center and it was not clear how it can be reached. So while you are on your way to it take your precautions

Biggest Hyundai service center in egyptEverything is perfect except the service and spare part prices.I own a accent RBI paid 3800 egp for the maintaince 25000 km, how much should i pay for the 50000km !!!
