A horrible experience. The worst hotel I have stayed at. The food is like a bad joke in a funeral, the rooms are dirty and smelly, the hotel staff rude and unpleasant, especially while communicating with women. Apart from the staff from cleaning, at the 3rd floor that puts a bit of effort, all of the rest was a depressing experience. Everything looks cheap and dirty. We regret staying here, as also is far from anything in Hurghada. It takes 45-50 mins to the airport and there is nothing around the hotel, just desert! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, is a waste of money and time.

Hotel is ruined by sales people constantly begging you to buy their packages for spa treatments, safari etc. - they literally walk up to every tourist and rudely interrupt to ask you to buy their packages!. Food is poor, A/C doesn’t work properly and overpriced for what it actually is. Would not recommend, been to better 3* hotels.

Our room (1324) was not renovated, it is stated that the hotel was renovated, mattresses, low water pressure, air conditioning worked but the noise could not sleep, we had to keep the balcony door still due to roaring and whistling rude Russian speakers ruthless primitives who drank even before 3:30 am, while the bar is open only until midnight, money is possible for everything. Dont rejoice, the noise starts again as the hotel staff starts cleaning the outdoor areas. During the day noisy music and awkward animation programs from the middle pool. A boat trip from the hotel pier is an absolute disaster, they will take you a few kilometers from the hotel to snorkel and eventually land you on an island, according to them the Caribbean is a nasty pancake you see from the hotel. For 40 euros per person we absolutely do not recommend !!! Swimming at the hotel beach is zero, at a tide of about half a meter of water, the only thing that went was the pier from which you could snorkel, and after standing in line on the stairs to the sea. Lots of people in a small space so you dont swim or snorkel much. The hotel is great. The food is phenomenal, for everyones taste, I personally miss the larger selection of fruits. The pools are great and large, there are 4 of them, one of which is for people with disabilities. The staff is more than helpful, no one asks for tips and if you give them they are very grateful. The bar is open 24/7 and you can get coffee, carbonated, non-carbonated juices and beer at any time. During the day there are several bars on the beach, by the pool and at the reception. The hotel has its own beach, but depending on the season, the water recedes and cannot be entered from the shore, but a pontoon is used, which was not a problem for us because the bathing water is phenomenal. The rooms are large and comfortable with pool / sea views as well as bathrooms and are cleaned every day (new bed linen is every 2 or 3 days). The only bad thing is the location of the hotel which is 40km from the city and the feeling as if you are separated from the world, although the hotel tries to have some animation every night (karaoke, fire night, miss hotel, music quiz ...). To get to the city you will need a taxi that costs about 36 to 40 euros in both directions and all excursions you book are charged extra because they take you to a hotel that is far from the departure location.
