The place is really loud, they deal with a cafe as if it is a local marriage ceremony, Sha3bi songs are played loudly.The staff isnt as professional as they look, they all stand together somewhere in a corner, and it would take you sometime to be able to order.The prices are good, and there is an area for kids to play.The location is fine and open air area is good yet there are too many tables so by night it gets really crowded and noisy, and also when tables are alot they are in a very close proximity to each other so u always feel like the table next to you is like right there at the same table you are.The drinks quality are good, i have to say.

Very bad customer serviceThere is a guy from the team worker over there is very un-respectable and exceed his limit for language way to talk with us.I told him we are a group of 10 person and we might be more than 10 and then when he saw that we exceed 10 person, he refused to get us an extra table and start to make fun of us and we start to make an orders and bring wrong orders and bring coffee or tea without auger.Unbelievable and the price is not that reasonable.Not recommend it at all

The place looks gorgeous from outside but from inside very poor , the chairs and tables are not comfortable , the prices reasonable a cup of tea starts from 10 egyptian pounds and smothies start from 22 pounds , they have indoors and outdoors places , they offer all drinks and some fast food . There is a television where you can watch football matches
