This is a low-medium budget hotel. There is no internet and no frills whatsoever. Good for people looking for a budget hotel. Its not very clean, or modern. More of a make do place. But the price is cheap and the location is really fantastic.If you plan to just stay for a night, I guess its okay. As described by real estate agent... Location, location, location, in this it wins hands down. We were meeting some people there, so it was okay. Personally, I would not like to stay here.

The hotel is bad , really bad. first the elevator isnt working. the furniture at the room is so old and bad. the blankets are so bad. the bathroom is so small. no soap, no shampoo, no shower gel theres no even towels. the only thing about that place is the nile view, the view from the room was beautiful

Nice hotel with Nile river view. They provide value/money tours to Abu Simbel and Philae temple. It could be a bit cleaner and need interior update. It was a bit difficult to find it. I am attaching 2 photos, so it is easier for the next travellers - from Nile Cornishe you can see bank of egypt, go to the bank department and turn right.

It wasnt clean, especially the restroom 🚽, the view is nice, right to the Nile. The gave us breakfast boxes to take with us, which was kind and useful.

The Nile view is plus and minus - you get a lot of noise from the Nile Corniche street 24/7. The windows dont seal really, which also means the rooms are cold (January), added by the fact there is no heating (which is however true of almost all places in Egypt). The room and bathroom was clean, although a bit old (tiles fallen off, missing pieces of bed :-) ). But okay for 120 EGP / 6 USD per night, IMO.They aranged an Abu Simbel tour for the next morning (3:15 am :-( ) for 150 EGP.

You get for what you pay. But dont be afraid. The place is very close to everything. Friendly staff and all the good things.

About as friendly as a pack of rabid porcupines. Rooms were dirty. Sketchy location. You can do better for 150le.

When I left Abu Simbel tour, I had breakfast. There is stone powder on the stairs because it is under construction, but the staff was friendly!
