He said that he have 10 only 9months old quads and private will make us more happy then normal.1. This was not private tour, we were together with other tourist, same speed and stops, and driving aprox. 30 min, in front of promised 1 hour at least.2. The quads were terrible condition (slic tyres, no brakes, throtle error, at least 10 years old)3. Voucher says 50% back in case of cancelation (no information about until when is possible to cancel) one of us stayed in hospital so canceled trip, but havent got his money back...4. For tour like this normal price is 15 for one, we payed 25 each and no excuses, no sorry.5. He promised us to take by private car to quads, but finnaly we went the same bus with other tourist and finally lost more then 2.5 hours of our holiday.No point to buy private tour from them, because it is the same like driving in big group.I recomend to use tour services from the hotel or from other Companies, because the prices are the same.Dont pay all money in front to them until the trip is done, otherwise you cant not complaint about quality and get refund of cancelation.Adam have a great bussiness, but dont forget Karma ;)
