I paid $400 for the course Open Water Diver and the promises of the PADI eCertificate. I completed my training in the summer of 2021. More than six months have passed since then, but I have not received a certificate. They forgot about me. They ignore my e-mails. For more than a month, together with the PADI central support service, we have not been able to receive a response from the Shamandura. Sending hello to Emad Shahidy, Abdul and Omar. I do not recommend you to do anything serious in this dive center. I think that I was deceived.

Awesome instructors, great staff, warm and kind with everyone!Beautiful boat with local cooks and egyptian lunch cooked on board between one dive and another. The equipment is of very good quality and quite new. The prices are extremely honest. I was there with my future wife and we had an unforgettable experience, and got chance to meet many people from all over the world. There is one guide for every language, including italian, german, russian, norwegian, egyptian... A special thanks to Maged, the instructor who gave us the the PADI advanced certificate, great italian speaking and great level of experience.This was truly one of the best diving experiences ever.Special thanks to FARAONE. If you get the chance to meet him and you speak italian, you can ask him evetything you need.

I have no any claims to guides and instructors. They are very professional and funny guys. But other staff in dive center in Nubian Island hotel is a real disaster. I have not seen such a terrible attitude to customers equipment anywhere during all my 80 dives. Equipment can stay salted and wet despite on assurances to service it. Equipment may forgotten on a boat and not delivered on time for the planned dive to hotel. At the end of end they can lost some part of your equipment. In my case it was o-ring from my regulator. Please think twice before choosing this dive center in Nubian Island hotel.

We visited Sharm El Sheikh on 15.07. The best team! They are very professional. We had diving trips to Tiran and Ras Mohammed. We discovered a lot of interested dive sites. Being divers for long time it is the first time we meet so high standard of service and safety. Whats more the crew is really friendly and nice. Thanks to all of them. And for sure w will come back only to your company.

I have been to Sharm el Sheikh many times, and have been diving in many different dive centers.These guys are the best. My son and I had a wonderful time diving with them for three days.
