The best place for Indonesian people to hand in hand, when there was a party is it like party at our home, really homey. The food made us really missed the environment in motherland... Even though we are from different province in Indonesia, but when we talk in this place, all of people like our brothers and sisters.....

Duta Besar RI, Helmy Fauzy menerima Courtesy Call Tim Kesenian KSBN (Komite Seni Budaya Nusantara) yang akan memeperkenalkan Seni Budaya Indonesia pada kegiatan Indonesias Ramadhan Cultural Night di Opera Cairo serta Opera Alexandria, dipim oleh Ketua Delegasi Cairo, Hendardji Soeputa, Hendardji Soeputa KBThe course of development of interaction between the two peoples and the two countries is an attractive thing that deserves to be examined, studied and analyzed. There is an emotional connection between these two countries, both of which have gone through the experience of being subject to foreign occupation, and most of their residents are Muslims. Among the historical evidence that supports this is the presence of the Javanese hall on the campus of Al-Azhar University, which is still visited today by students of Indonesia for the purpose of religious sciences. Moreover, Egypt was the first country to recognize the independence of Indonesia and establish diplomatic relations with it, and was keen on consolidating its struggle for independence by smuggling weapons to it. On the other hand, Indonesia strongly supported Egypts sovereignty, whether when nationalizing the Suez Canal or upon retrieving the lands occupied by Israel, as Indonesia sent for the first time its peace-keeping aid battalion, known as Pasukan Garuda or the Eagles Brigade, and Indonesia remained accompanying Egypt at the time of its political isolation. In the Arab arena after the signing of the Camp David Treaty.

Located in downtown Cairo. Adjacent to important offices such as embassies of other countries and Egyptian government offices. Also located on the edge of the Nile which is an attraction for visitors to the City of Cairo. In addition to its strategic location, the services provided are also very good. The place is neat, clean and shady.
