Very disappointed there was more cheese and barley any red sauce , I also ordered pan and got stuff crust ( mind you I’m pregnant and very specific with my food ) in the USA the pizza is fantastic but after trying this pizza and spending 246 pounds I’ll wait until I visit my home country for pizza very disappointing …

The place has a good location. Pizza options and offers varies. Service is very good. You can get your favourite salad. Appetizers are perfect. Place is clean. Staff are nice.It was closed for a while for renovation. But now it is working again.

This place is really clean and the staff is extremely friendly! I can recommend this restaurant and the pizza supreme :D very delicious! Please keep up your work!

It was a very bad visit last Friday, December 31, around five in the evening..I noticed that the hostess did not write orders..and when I alerted her to that, she said that she remembered well. And when the order arrived..and as I expected..it arrived incomplete..and after reviewing it, she lied and said that the type that she requested and which was not provided. There is a problem with the dough..and the order will be made immediately..of course it was a very clear lie, especially that the basis of all dough is one and a few. The branch official came with flimsy arguments and insisted that the error was in the registration of the order and not in the dough..Generally..the rest of the orders arrived after about An hour after the people with me ate their food.. and I took the rest of the order takeaway.. reluctantly..just so as not to escalate the situationI dont know why all the branches of the international chains fail in Port Said..a bad experience that embarrassed me with my guests.
