Third time Camper! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! you never fail to impress me everytime with a well studied and implememted wholistic approach! everything exceeds expectations! The new Squad 101 facility building is truly world class, feels like staying in the most premium hotel! Best trainers and coaches, very diverse, all certified, each one helped bring the best potential! The food is 7* standard, You made me love healthy food, and everytime i leave the camp with recipes that I apply and helped me alot in my weight loss journey! The awarness talks and sessions were very informative! And above all Squad 101/CHEFOX team ROCKS! truly dedicated,friendly, never save an effort to make all campers comfortable and feel at home! and everytime Im leaving feels like i have a family there...

What a magnificent experience.I spent one week in Squad 101aiming to lose weight and boost Fitness and results were just amazing.The venue itself is very luxurious & clean and the team is super professional and friendly.Programme was just perfect comprising:* The variety of exercises (provided by different competent, certified & enthusiastic trainers),* Massage* Sauna and jacuzzi* For me the highlight was the physiotherapy that helped me overcome long lasting muscles & joints issues that I was very lazy to check.In terms of food, Intermittent Fasting Diet was implemented, still the food was of a very high quality & standards and the taste was yummy.Entertainment was never forgotten and was mandatory to break the routine and so there was the Laser Hunt game along with new type of football game Chefox Football as well as just to chill by the pool time.Finally, the program couldnt have been completed without the awarness part through many beneficial workshops which were the key to continue the healthy life style journey after returning to the stressful day to day activities.All in All the experience exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it for anyone whos looking for a real change.

A great experience, I just finished the camp and it was an amazing experience.Very professional in every thing, safety is a priority to them , very clean and sanitized especially during Corona they took the highest level of precautions and always put our safety first.Providing us with different types of experience with professional coach’s.The food was great very Tasty and well presentation.The owner are very helpful and always present making sure that everything is on time and done the right way.100% recommended and I will definitely repeat it again

I have spent each and every summer and winter there happily i i lost 60 kilos, and after i left the provided me with a training program, and food that was cooked the greates chefs in Egypt. This place supported me in every way, and not only did they help me lose weight and only fats but also i used to go to the spa and massage. I has professional people to talk with when i am stressed to never give up. After loosing 60 kilos i decided to go again to gain muscles. I love this place and Mr.Mohamed Nada gave me the support i needed in the right timing. They are helping to an extent that they call me weekly or make the assistant call me to see my weekly needs and support. I am proud that i went this place. This place is my second home. The standars there are in a really good standars.
