Service is bad.First of all i came in with a mask on and security guy on the entrance had his mask on his mouth tell me to sit beside 3 guys in the store to wait and told me what do you want?Said i wanted the customer service which apparently didnt know what that wasAnyway, the customer service is awful and all 3 guys dont have knowledge of their own service, having Vodafone 50 on since 4 years and wanted to know why my balance Raseed is always 0 when i fill it.. the answer of all 3 was I dont know and Call 555..What services are they pulling, employ people who at least know their providers products.
The staff lie so much. They are liars. Always ask for your receipts. If you buy something and if you back the next day, they will say its not from them. This a busy location and the service is extremely below poor. They will steal your minutes and data and tell you to call 888. If you want phone services go to Orange.
In my opinion, the best phone service provider in Egypt. Very well coverage, and offers. Though not the perfect compared to worldwide. Sometimes i feel it’s costly and the service is not perfect, compared to what I have experienced in the USA.

Came here to get a new sim. Only two of the four stations were working, resulting in a ridiculously long wait despite my number only being second in line. Employees didnt even try to work faster. They stopped frequently while talking to their current customers to answer personal phone calls which lasted very long. Or they simply just left to do nothing at all in their back room. Without any doubt I changed my mind about getting the sim card. Good riddance.

They steal from you. The manager Mohamed is NOT helpful, poor communication. Again, Manger and Asmat have very poor communication. This is worst branch. They have ONLY two seats for customers, very cheap and tiny office.
