I took my wife to this hospital becouse I saw the ratings were real high and ranked the best in all of Egypt. We made 6pm appointment and the doctor didnt even show up to the hospital until 7pm. When he showed up their was more than 5 people waiting to see him. When we finally got to see him, he didnt spend more than 1 minute. He told us to get xray done and to come see him again. We went to get the xray department in the hospital and guess what, the xray machine is not working and they dont know if or when it will start working again. At that point I was just shocked if this is the best hospital in all of Egypt 😱🤯. We payed 500 pound for consultation and 60 pound just to be registration on their computer. There is nothing international about this hospital and probably not a single difference from any other hospital in Egypt.

Decent medical staff but the waiting time is awful. Admin staff are either very polite or completely unprofessional. If you plan on an outpatient visit, make sure you book by phone as early as you can and be there well before your time, not that it will spare you the waiting time but at least you are a step ahead.

Today I went to the hospital and clinic manager (a man ) insisted to be directed to a certain doctor regardless of his name so that i asked to be directed to another doctor but one of the clinics manager told me you will be late. .I said that I agree but the clinics manager told me a third name of doctors and transferred my file to himSecond I couldnt reach the call centre since one week to reserve an appointment to my favourite doctorThird, there was no telephone inside the hospital to call the call centre and arrange with themFourth, the doctor suggested Industrial joint before the X Ray
