Hey thereIts one of my favorite in Egypt,Tried most fast food restaurants and yet this is the best joint.Cozy place with nice atmosphere and having the variety of burgers and sandwiches..Newly opened here about 2 weeks ago with a friendly staff.Dont miss the great tasteHighly recommended

I never tried it before but many recommended it so I thought to give it a try. I went with 2 friends at 12 pm, after checking their working hours, they told us to wait for 30 mins and didnt even let us wait inside, we didnt mind at first and thought we got it wrong, waited till 12:30 and got our order ready. We got inside, went to order at 12:40 when they tell us there are no sandwiches!!! More than half the menu is sandwiches and they are out of their components?? We wasted 40 mins when we couldve had any other meal at any decent restaurant. I went to speak with the manager, who showed absolutely no interest in whatever Im saying, he didnt understand how they didnt let us in at 12 pm when they were open, he was inside the restaurant with no idea what was happening under his supervision and all he could do was tell us that he would check if they could make us sandwiches, ofcourse we couldnt wait any longer with such disrespectful behavior. I called their hotline to make a complaint and was told that someone would contact me but nobody did.

I went there with my friends to maka a surprise party for my friends birthday ,but the staff was totally unprofessional that they ruined the surprise,also the service was the worst.I dont recommend doing a birthday there at all.

The only good thing about that place is the decorations other than that everything was horrible. The staff were so rude, the branch was open when i arrived but they asked me to wait outside for half an hour in a very rude way cause the place hasn’t opened yet although the sign said it is open. The fried chicken has a good look but the taste is something else it was full of black pepper and i barley could even taste the chicken from the amount of black pepper that was used. Fries were nothing special and not that good. I also tried their cheese fountain and it has a very weak flavor and the coleslaw salad was bad and kinda sour. For a known local brand in egypt that place is the worst and i can think of many other restaurants that aren’t specialized in fried chicken and gives a better experience than this place. Totally overrated

I really dont know. They are trying to copy KFC but in a terrible way. Mind that KFC itself is horrible. Actually it was a bad experience

Manial branch is always busy. The place prices are little bit expensive for fried chicken however the food quality is good. The portions are good but not very big.
