Not a real mall. It is very small, many shops are empty and dont look like it will be occupied soon. Pizza delco hut and the supermarket are the most important outlets

Its really a good place, most especially for I can go with my kids without any problem.

Good place for buying mobile accessories and kind of cheap clothes depending on how good youre with bargaining.

You can find clothes, bags, shoes mobile and computer accessories, KFC, PIZZA HUT, jewelry, a photography studio and some other things there. The place is quite clean. The mall is rather small

No brand stores can be found there. Only low but acceptable - though - quality commodities. No maintenance done, therefore the escalator for example isn’t working most of the time.

Nice shopping mall near GUC in new Cairo, not so crowded nor fancy so you cant find known brands there yet still you do some budget shopping from local shops: cloths, toys, shoes, electronics (radio shack) sports and home ware.There are cinema with mainly Arabic movies. Also theres a cheap photo shop called Kodak incase you want to take photos for passport, visa etc.Theres pharmacy (El Ezzaby) and some fast food options like MCDONALDS, KFC, Pizza Hutt and Shabrawy for local Egyptian breakfast (Falafel, beans, mousakaa and fries). It also has ATM machines for CIB, Ahly bank and others in ground floor.There are toilets but not super clean.You can park your car in front if it in the street free of charge.Finally its not a place to hangout or outings like other entertainment malls.

Its a small isolated mall.The positive thing there is the ATM centre there, consisting of 4 ATMs.

The security guys that were in recently are very rude, and they joke with you all the time. There are places where you can get things for affordable prices. Specially mobile and computer accessories. There is KFC and pizza hut in there too.

There are nice cinemas,kfc ,التابعى الدمياطىand awlad ragab inside the mall.and it has clothes ,accessories,shoes and sports wear stores with reasonable prices.

The mall in very bad conditions as interior design. Only a few shops open . Very poor cleanings specially in toilets
