Nice courts and good padels but the blue courts needs to be maintained

Really unprofessional, it was the worst experience ever.The place might be nice, but it really takes one situation to show you how the people really are.We booked for 1 hour and a half. It was our first time there.There were no instructions on the website or signs in the compound to guide us to arrive there.The gps location made us go to another gate and then the security guys didn’t let us go and explained wrongly the other way.So of course we got lost.We went half an hour late, we started to explain everything to them, and you what did they say ???“ we depend on our reputation” !!!!!What kind of answer is that ?!!And then they asked us either to pay for the 1 hour and half or you can away in a rude way.So congrats you just lost 4 customers and i’ll tell all my friends about this experience.Please learn how to treat ur customers, and try to be more professional.

Terrible service. There were no signs how to enter the place. The google location was not accurate. The other gates securities were giving us the ring navigation, because of that we were late for 20 min. Our reservation for playing was for 1,5 hours. And the worker on the field didn’t let us play our hour and made us leave. Very disappointed with the service and with the stiff.

Perfect courts & service for those who seeks a good sportBut the only bad experience that you must enters from only one gate ( West Golf Gate غرب الجولف)You are not allowed to enter from any other gate.

Great experience would go again

Very enjoyable sport, especially for those who played tennis and/or squash before. The courts have been renovated and the staff is quite friendly.

Don’t go to this place for paddle tennis you will find other alternatives in New Cairo.One of the worst experiences.We played at court 2, the net had holes in it and was of very bad quality, the court had a lot of sand which puts you in danger of injury, and the floor had bumps that makes the ball change directions.

A bit expensive, and booking methods are a headache. But always enjoy my games there.

They have 4 courts, which makes court availability for reservations very good. Very friendly staff!The courts could use some renovation.

Great courts! You dont need to bring rackets or balls. You need to make reservations ahead on busy days

I love the game love the courts. Just take a move and start exercising

A little too posh, but there are a lot of fun activities there for people of all ages, with training coaches available for tennis, swimming and go pedal as well.

Courts and padels conditions have become too poor, they should either fix it or lower their prices
