Very good facility, qualified and friendly staff. Three Areas of improvement: 1. Reduce waiting time during receiving and delivering the car. 2. Make sure of all spare parts availability in stock. 3. Not to suggest unnecessary extra work just for increasing the cost of maintenance bill.
Ghabbour Auto should be one of the most reputable and professional services for Car maintenance which is not the Case I see most of the time. That branch as well is one of the worst!

Very incompetent engineers and technical support. They dont understand what theyre doing . They keep messing around with spare parts and do many replacements as trial and error hoping to find whats wrong. I had a 1 year old car hats only done 6000km and i had to changea battery,set of door locks,steering shaft and a whole steering column on only 2 months and still no satisfying solution. Very poor quality spare parts. Even after complaining to the mother company in korea twice theyre still not getting better. The engineers will stall you for weeks because they dont understand anything and sometimes wont answer their phones. Theyre also experts at lying.

Had my car serviced there. Pros; they were fast, punctual, the reception engineer is a very good guy and polite person.Cons; my car went in and out 3 times with one issue not getting fixed till now, they messed up something with the rear camera (installed outside of GB auto) and when they voluntarily tried to fix it they broke something else (vitesse switch). In the end they fixed it all on their cost I didnt pay a single penny, but one of the original issues was not fixed. I didnt complain further coz i got tired of leaving my car 5 days in a row, I had to take it.

Long waiting period without any proper outcome. On the following day, after an hour of waiting, I have been told that the part I was looking for wasnt available in stock. And after I followed the salesman suggestion and went to Elkorba store, I found that the store door was locked during the business hours.
After waiting one hour to meet the engineer. A half an hour has been spentbinfront of him doing nothing as he was not professional while using the system on the tablet infront of him. Making the 30,000 service. It is supposed to check many things but nothing happened just changing the oil and filter in quarter an hour. The service centre is just stealing the people.
Service Very good & fast... Car washing was not good
Place fairly organized but car waited a month for spare parts (which were available in all local mechanic shops (originals)). Parts that were replaced look clean and fit for purpose! No way to check if they were replaced in error. Only given a 3 month guarantee on parts. Not sure would use ghabour Hyundai again, would have to be able to check on availability of spare parts. But Im not a mechanic!
