The worst car rental company in the worldI booked a class B car and arrived at Hurghada airport on time. I found a driver with an old Volvo car. He told me that he would drive me to the hotel and that they would bring the car to the hotel for me in the evening. I refused, of course, because I have important dates. They offered to go to their office after I told them I would call the tourist police then me, my wife and my kids went to the office with the bags above our legs because the driver is with us and there they told me they would give me another car and i was surprised it was the old worn out car and they asked me for the credit card and the machine then they argued that their payment the machine does not work and I told them what is the solution, they said we cancel the reservation And we will refund your money, and since you did not receive the car, the amount was not removed from the original, and I came back after traveling and found that they had withdrawn the amount and they didnt want it because I didnt have the credit card, and the employee got me said he knew about it all
