The showroom is stylish and elegant. But you got to take care of the entry gate in order not to miss it. I believe they need to put some signs. Also need a service center in the area

This is the newly opened Volvo / Ezz Elarab showroom. I visited several times already with finally taking decision to purchase the new XC 60 - 2022. Thanks to the showroom staff that was super welcoming and helpful in providing all possible information requested even about car as such or related after sales topics, and they made me some good recommendations about clarifying some matters related to spare parts and maintenance. Special thanks to Ms. Zeinab and Mr. Mohamed Moussa. May be the show room needs to have all models in place most of time.

This is the best service ive ever received in a car dealership. I wasnt even going to buy a volvo but one visit to them settled it for me and i bought the XC40. They are extremely professional and they have very high customer orientation. Ive been to many other car dealerships with premium brands and the service was horrible. Volvo Ezz el arab is another story. From the day i first saw the car till the delivery day, everything was just up to standards. This is how you sell cars and this is how it should be. From answering my 1 millions questions to delivering on time with the exact color combinations that i wanted. Thank you for everything and this is not the last volvo ill buy for sure. Thanks to Mohamed Moussa the showroom manager (who is also driving a volvo by the way, it says a lot about loyalty). But special thanks to Mohamed Abdelghany who was by me step by step till i received my brand new car, he called me on daily basis to update me and he was with me during the car delivery and stayed very professional and helpful during the whole process.
