It seems as a huge store however when you start asking about basic stuff you may not find it which is very weird.A lot of staff are there but when you ask them for guidance they are not that of help.They don’t have much offers.There are a lot of parking spots.

Loved it..it has 3 floors each has its own categories..they accept cash, credit card and even cib reward points..staff are nice and helpful ..they had some product shortage but overall good and would go again

Alot of items are overpriced. Overs alot of hair, nails and styling products varity of brands. The staff could be try to help even when u carry around the no assistance basket also they could be very cautious over the merchandise

The sales person are very pushy to buy an expensive 350 LE hair treatment mask treatment that didn’t work for my hair. I lost trust in this place.

Cashier asked me to back the items, no sun protection, deodorant in display covered in dust, asked sales for different brand so he left most probably not his section and on entrance they said they have discount but none of the items where tagged as discounted.

Sales employees are not professional at all they are very very pushy all they care about is giving you products that you probably dont even need just so they can sell since they work on commission they also dont leave you any room to look around and enjoy ur shopping experience.

I was in front of the branch at 10:40 pm, and the security was not allowed to enter me. Your appointments are supposed to be 11 pm. I have very, very little taste of security and from queuing, I stay in front of the teams and do not scratch my needs that I originally specified, I could not go in and watch 👎

Talk here about the fifth gathering branch in front of the American University. The shop sells all hairdressing supplies and deals mainly with women and male hairdressers, but also sells products to individuals. Branch big as the main branch of the new Egypt and fill sections of products from different devices and equipment (hair dryer stand and portable, iron kinds .. etc.) and personal tools (brushes and combs Talk and Rollo .. etc.) to hair cosmetics, creams and dyes to the long-term cosmetic care, such as keratin and protein Botox to everything related to hair care. The shop is in fact integrated and the staff are very helpful and because most of its wholesale dealings are very good.
