Unfortunately, this might have been the worst shopping experience I had. The employees are immensely rude and unaccommodating. One thing is guaranteed; i will not buy a Massimo Dutti suit again.

This shop needs an improvement of service in communication. The shop clerks (especially the cashier) have poor/non communication (at all) of an unfriendly super-grumpy Egyptian style, making you feel you are dealing with street vendors. Quite unlike the image of the brand Massimo Dutti

I do not recommend buying from them at all, poor materials that show defects after the first wash, they are not professional and do not fulfill any of the agreed requests.
