I had a very bad experience with one of employees in this branch. I went to ask if they have men belts. I asked politely but the employees replied no we dont have and one of them started joking he said you can use rob instead of the belt and he started laughing! I should have reported him to his DM but i did not. I wont be buying anything from there after this experience though!

The best store where you can find everything related to garments whether for men or women, with the best quality and taste.Also you can find the rare sizes hard to find outside, like the extra small sizes or extra big sizes.The store is English so The fit is more than amazing.Examples for stuff you can find there (pyjamas, street style, formal style, robes, underwear, bra, maternity clothing or anything you cant find outside.

The staff are really friendly and helpful, good outfit selections

The mens section is currently reinnovated. Relocated to a corner in womens section.

I like the quality and variety at this store. Display is really enjoyable, and prices are reasonable.

I found a good quality thermal sets here, you even can try it on and its the good option. Tights are little bit long on the bottom for me and very wide on the fingers, dont know whom this type of tights can fit. Prices are not cheap for the thermal clothes, but not crazy high as well. In the rest on the clothes I wasnt much interested, so cant tell.

Still under renovations. I like their range.

Great spot. High quality products and the sale was for real. This is not the spot for a budget buyer. The home wear section is awesome for both men and women. I also liked the formal wear men section. For price, it ranges but you can get a formal men jacket for 3500 LE, shirt for 700-1000 LE. Pyjama for 1000 LE for men and 450 for women. These are prices without sale.Store is located at the two bottom floors with a lift and an escalator inside.

I visited m&s branch in egypt dandy mall 40 minutes before of closing time , the sales team shower unprofessional behaviors & impoliteness by repetitive warning during checking clothes sizes in fitting room said that we are closing soon so harry up & push us to finish & going out of M&S store although Iam M&S customer since 25 years in All branches in gulf countries , but i never faced this issue in any other store except this store by poor sales team behavior

Its becoming very bad, bad attitude from the staff, also wrong pricing, there was a holder from discounted jeans so I picked my size and went to pay, they said it was improperly discounted and they removed the whole jeans sizes from the discounted shelf, this is not Marks and Spencer that we used to know for years

My experience there is always very good. It is an excellent store for elegant high quality garments and outfits for the whole family.

As usual one of the best shops but i am only giving 4 because there is a difference in price between here and branches abroad.
