They answered all our questions on a professional level.Their prices are a bit higher than market range.After sale customer service to be assessed.

Charged me 350EGP for 4 stems of orchids! Yes Im not Egyptian and should have left them but I was in a hurry and had no choice. Dont go there if not Egyptian!

Staff are very rude and they are not helpful.I asked one of them about something and he mentioned that it’s not there and when i started walking around i found it!After i took one picture, one of the staff came telling me that it’s bot allowed to capture photos and of course when you need to buy tiles you have to take photos to remember what you have chosen.You can’t find any parking spot in front of the store.The prices are higher than the normal for the same tile.However Mahgoub branch in New Cairo is much better than this one.

Everything in my house was bought from Mahfouz For Ceramic. I am really so pleased with everything I have brought from them. The tiles were perfect and we would like The Mahgoub For ceramic to open as many branches as they can especially in The Delta. It would be easier for many of us.
