I went there for the first time for their day use package that included Moroccan bath, facial treatment, nail treatment, massage, golden feet scrub, and paraffin wax treatment and I was in for a treat. 🥰They make you well cared for from the reservation process. I sent a message through Facebook messenger and they asked me for my number to send me the location right away. Then they called me to arrange my appointment for me. On the day of the appointment they called me to reconfirm.The place will make you feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment you enter, starting with the design, lighting, and all the way to the staff. From the moment I entered they made me feel more than welcomed, the owner and the staff are very professional and delightful.The Moroccan bath was superb, I felt like a new person coming out of there. As for the message it was extremely relaxing and helped me get rid of all accumulated fatigue. Then I went in for the facial treatment which I was very in need, the lady in there was very helpful by giving me tips of how to take care of my skin and what products should I use, especially that my skin is extremely sensitive.Finally was my nails time, they provide hard gel, gel nail polish with very artistic designs, and regular nail polish. The most important thing for me was that it was the first time no one hurts my nails when they remove the cuticles for me since Im always biting them and making a mess out of them. 🙈🙈In conclusion, I came out of this lovely place more than satisfied, relaxed, refreshed, and with pretty nails.

We had the worst experience at this spa, I dont recommend, the person responsible for booking, booked 4 people at 12 pm, and we were supposed to wait for each other, hence I was supposed to do my Moroccan bath at 1:30 instead of 12pm, I decided to wait anyways, when 2 more clients entered the spa yelling that they also were booked at 12pm, and now they have to wait until 3 pm to do their bath.. The receptionists kept on saying that one of the workers was supposed to come but her phone is closed, since they only had one bath I am not sure how an extra worker could have helped with 6 people booked at 12pm.I left with my friend without getting the treatment, we left our turn to the clients who came after us because one of them was a bride and started getting frustrated from all the wait, she was yelling that she informed the employee that as a bride she had a tight schedule.. Out of curtsey we thought as a bride she deserves special treatment, and I had to leave since I have other appointments and cant wait for 3 hours to get my bath.Meanwhile, one of the workers started yelling at a delivery guy cause he just entered budging into the spa without knocking on the door: she yelled eh el 7ara da not a thing that you would expect to hear in a decent quite spa.When I was leaving I heard the lady who just finished her bath saying this is the first and the last time I come here I didnt ask her why but I can imagine.. The spa has a nice atmosphere and decor, the receptionist made me some nice coffee, but the handling of scheduling is very bad, their choices of the workers is very bad as well, with regards to the one cursing and the one closing her phone on a day of work.I am not sure though about the bath itself because I didnt get to do it.

They dont have privacy and mess with the appointments except ragaa the Moroccan bath lady she is perfrct

Really it was an awesome experience, the staff are very friendly and professional.For the massage, it was incredible. All my back and neck pain were gone.
