I had an awful service there they are totally unprofessional and unhelpful especially one of the doctors he was so rude with me and when i received my contact lenses from them i found out that they are not suitable for my eyes at all!!!

Bad experience i had with doctor called Mohamed Samy he seemed to be inexperience young doctor. When i met him I started by telling him my medical history he interrupted me tell me what you are suffering now as if medical history is not important. Service is really bad.

Lousy customer service. had to wait for an appointment for 45 days and as I needed to change the time, they said the only option is to wait for another 60 days for the next available appointment.
