Unprofessional in every experience I had with them. and their ASH guitar is a scum. they dont appreciate their own brand. usually expensive yet 2nd grade products.

Consistently unprofessional in all of their branches. Truly amazing. The manager Mishael answered and was rude on the phone and when confronted lied and said someone else was on the phone to cover up his attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager he claimed he was the manager. This is the price we pay for playing music in Egypt. Terrible service, good prices, mediocre quality.
